Does anyone else like to read the wedding announcements in the New York Times? On Sundays, my mom and I skip directly to Sunday Styles and speculate about all the happy couples. This past Sunday featured the sweetest story. After the bride's former fiancé called off their engagement, she emailed her high school sweetheart with the news, writing, "You've been a light in my life. You're someone who cares about me for who I am." After talking on the phone that night for hours, she told her mom, "I think I'm going to marry Calvin." How romantic is that?
